Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return an incorrect item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, delivery dates may vary. Please see the chart below for estimated delivery times.
Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight or volumetric weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
For USPS shipping options we utilize ChitCats Express, an official shipping partner of USPS. This allows our USPS shipments to be trucked as efficiently as possible to the closest USPS sort center to the delivery destination, and USPS delivers the final mile.
Free shipping applies only to Canadian & USA addresses, and will be shipped by ground service through either USPS or UPS, at our discretion.

Customs & Duties
Please note that some countries will apply duties and/or custom fees to import shipments. This fees are applied by the import control department of the country, and thus we have no control over these fees, and they remain the sole responsibility of the receiver to settle. Please check with your local import control department for further details.
